The PDD Northwest Region Community Board wants to hear from YOU about the 2011-2014 Business Plan!
As you may know, PDD Northwest is experiencing growth pressures at a time a time of flat budgets, and we need to be prudent, effective and efficient with the resources that we do have.
We have included some information about our draft business plan and some of the proposed cost saving strategies for 2011/2012 fiscal year. We would welcome your feedback about our plan in terms of the impact on you, your family your service provider or the services you provide. We have developed the following questions to structure our conversation with you but please feel free to ask some additional questions.
