A Detailed Project Proposal template (below) has been developed to assist proponents with the preparation of submissions.

Detailed Project Proposals must comply with the Program Criteria. To assist in preparing the Detailed Project Proposal, please refer to the following Affordable Supportive Living Initiative requirements:

The deadline for the submission of Detailed Project Proposals will be Monday, October 29, 2007. All Detailed Project Proposals submitted to Alberta Seniors and Community Supports must be made using the Detailed Project Proposal template.
