To apply to the Special Needs Assistance for Seniors program, the application package is available in portable document format. If you do not have Adobe Reader to open portable document format files, you can download it for free. Or, call the Seniors Information Line at 1‑800‑642‑3853 or in Edmonton at 780-427-7876 to be sent an application package.
