Limited Income Information

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) can only release your income information with your signed authorization. If the authorization is not signed or is altered, your application cannot be processed.

When you authorize CRA to release your information to the program, you are only authorizing access to limited income information. CRA will only provide information relevant to verifying your eligibility and determining your benefits. This income information cannot be used for any other purpose.

The income information requested is limited to the following lines on your federal government income tax return.
