Alberta Seniors and Community Supports has contracted Alberta Blue Cross to administer dental claims, provide information regarding procedures, answer questions regarding claims and issue payments to either the dental practitioner or the senior if a reimbursement is required.

Your dentist/denturist will require your Personal Health Number to submit claims on your behalf. Please have this number on hand when you visit a dental office. Please note that identification cards are not issued for participants in this program.
