Vendor Changes

Clients can change their vendor if

  • The client chooses to; OR
  • The vendor no longer provides the item the client needs.

To change vendor:

  1. Determine a new vendor by scrolling down to “Go to Vendor Lists” online at http://www.seniors.alberta.ca/aadl/av/manual/ (Clients can choose any vendor from the AADL Approved Vendor List for the benefit they need.)
  2. Complete the Acrobat PDF Document AADL Change of Vendor Request Form.
  3. Fax the completed form to AADL at 780-422-0968.
