Vendor Changes
Clients can change their vendor if
- The client chooses to; OR
- The vendor no longer provides the item the client needs.
To change vendor:
- Determine a new vendor by scrolling down to “Go to Vendor Lists” online at http://www.seniors.alberta.ca/aadl/av/manual/ (Clients can choose any vendor from the AADL Approved Vendor List for the benefit they need.)
- Complete the
AADL Change of Vendor Request Form.
- Fax the completed form to AADL at 780-422-0968.
