Provincial Training Framework

The Alberta Brain Injury Initiative Provincial Training Framework is a unique partnership initiative that will deliver training to family and professional caregivers assisting adult survivors of brain injury.

The framework has four separate training components developed for family and other non-paid caregivers, rehabilitation workers and health care professionals.

The training will be delivered through the cooperative efforts of Alberta colleges, regional health authorities and community agencies.

People who want to receive this training should contact the partner organization that developed the curriculum for information about the course and the communities where it is available. You may also contact your regional Alberta Brain Injury Initiative Service Coordinator.
